A simple rhythm

One event. Everyone in the loop.

No pasted CC list. No guessing who saw the correction. No one needs to understand calendar file formats.

01 / CREATE

Set the details

Enter the time, place, and description. Add a Facebook event or other website link if there is one.

02 / INVITE

Add your people

Paste emails or upload a CSV. CalSend cleans up the list and prepares a separate invitation for each guest, including the host.

03 / KEEP CURRENT

Change it once

Use your private host link to change the event. CalSend sends updated calendar invitations and keeps every response in the host report.

The view a host actually needs

Know who's coming. Know what to plan.

Your private Check my event link brings together attendance, replies, extra guest requests, and answers to any RSVP questions. Guests only see their own invitation.

Add more context

Ask the questions that make the event work.

Basic attendance is included. Add a list of choices or a written answer: “What will you bring?”, “Any dietary needs?”, or “Can I bring a guest?” Create your own, too.

Extra guests are requests for the host to review. They do not automatically count as accepted attendees.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Will guests see everyone else's email address?

No. Invitations are prepared for each recipient individually. Only the host report shows the guest list and responses.

Do I have to connect my Google or Outlook account?

No calendar connection is needed to create and manage an event in CalSend. The host changes the event through their private link; changes made only inside a guest copy of a calendar event will not sync back.

Can CalSend import my Facebook event?

You can attach a Facebook event or another HTTPS link so guests can open it. The linked page is not imported or monitored; enter the event details in CalSend.

Is CalSend open for everyone yet?

CalSend is in private beta while outbound email and paid checkout are being connected. Ask for early access and we will let you know when your account is ready.
